If we do not receive an RSVP back by the requested date of July 31st, 2026, your party will be marked as "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however we are required to provide a total guest count to our vendors in the timely manner they have requested & we cannot accept late responses due to this. Thank you for understanding!

The ceremony begins at 6:30pm in the evening, followed by a cocktail hour & reception. The butterfly house is open to our guests from 5:30pm-8:30pm. We invite our guests to arrive as early as 5:30pm to explore the gardens!

We highly encourage our guests to use a ride share service to arrive at the venue. We will be providing a shuttle service back to the hotels after the celebration. Should you choose to drive, the venue has a private lot available complimentary for our guests. Upon RSVP'ing, you will be provided a parking pass for the entrance of your party. Please note your car cannot be left in the parking lot after 12am as this is when the venue gates close & you will not be able to retrieve your vehicle.

The ceremony followed by a cocktail hour will be held outdoors, so please dress according to the local Dallas weather. It may get a bit toasty during the evening, so we encourage you to stay hydrated to celebrate through higher temperatures! Refreshments will also be available. The reception will be held indoors.

We request our guests dress to impress! Semi-Formal/Cocktail attire would be greatly appreciated. Please, no jeans & avoid the color white & burgundy when possible. If you need more guidance, check the vibes on the Attire page ;)

We can only accommodate those formally invited on the invitation. If you receive a plus one, it will be noted on the invitation in order to RSVP. Thank you for helping us keep our day intimate!

As much as we love the little ones, this will be an adult only celebration with the exception of our close family. We hope you take this opportunity to treat our wedding day as a night to relax & enjoy! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us!

For the ceremony, we kindly request that you enjoy this special moment presently with us & leave all cell phones in your purse or pocket on silent. We have hired awesome teams to capture every detail of the wedding & we will of course share those photos with you afterwards! After the ceremony, we would love for you to capture our special day & urge you to snap away if you don't see a photographer/videographer!
